DOMESTIC TEAM

Our domestic team work extremely hard to ensure your comfort during your stay with us. They are an essential part of the overall experience that we provide.

• Helen and Ron Mortimer - our domestic managers who oversee all the domestic issues and prepare the Centre for your visit.
• Ann and Tracy Holland - do the same at Patteson Lodge.
• Phyllis Davison - our breakfast cook.
• Claire Parkinson and Karen Payne - our morning domestic staff who serve breakfast, clean the Centre and make your packed lunches. Claire runs a points system for the tidiest dormitory.
• John Wrighton and Christine Grimley - our evening chefs.
• Julia Bayle and Alex Fraser - serve the evening meal and clear away afterwards.
• Richard - just a Year 10, but showed such initiative and determination in landing a part-time job with us that we couldn't refuse. Richard is invaluable in helping children learn the ropes at their first evening meal.
