First aid cover

All our instructors are first aid trained and all carry comprehensive first aid kits. We have a First Aid Policy (see RISK ASSESSMENTS) with which all our instructors comply.

Again, we exceed the statutory requirements with many of our domestic staff and drivers also holding a first aid certificate.

We provide first aid cover at our centres from 8.00am to 8.00pm every day with 24-hour cover on-call emergency first aid cover within five minutes.

Our instructors carry mobile phones and all our Centres have telephones for staff use so that emergency services can always be contacted immediately if required.
